Last Friday (April 27), Tsit Wing International Holdings Limited (“Tsit Wing”, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”; stock code: 2119), an integrated B2B coffee and black tea solutions provider, announced the details of its plan to list on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange for Hong Kong Limited(“SEHK”). Hong Kong boxer Rex Tso, nicknamed 'The Wonder Kid', was invited to attend the press conference.
Rooted in Hong Kong for 85 years, Tsit Wing has developed itself into a coffee and black tea supplier with a market share of over 60% locally. The company has entered into a cornerstone investment agreement with NH Foods Limited and Fraser and Neave Limited, further explores the precooked food & Dairy product market and open up new business opportunities.
The Public Offer will commence on 30 April 2018 (Monday) and close at 12:00 noon on 4 May 2018 (Friday). The allotment result is expected to be announced on 10 May 2018 (Thursday).
1.1 The items should be in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the items should not have been opened and in the original and complete pack amount.
1.2 The date of exchange should within 15 days from delivery date. Your address may have specific delivery schedule and you should consider the delivery schedule when initiating a return request.
1.3 You may initiate a return or exchange request through email, fax or by phone to our customer service hotline, you may also contact our sales representative or bring the item with the receipt to our warehouse for the arrangement.
1.4 Cash payment is non-refundable. Items paid on delivery can be exchanged according to this policy. You may choose to return or exchange an item within the credit period if you holding a credit account.
1.5 Free gifts are not eligible for return and exchange.
1.6 In ordinarily cases, a return or exchange can be arranged together with your next sales order. Absence of new sales order or the order is below MOQ may subject to extra delivery cost.2. Return or exchange in reason of mistake operation or quality issues

2.4 We will make the exchange or return as soon as possible according to the delivery schedule of your location. In case of suspected quality issue, the collected items will send for quality inspection to ensure product standard.
2.5 You may initiate a return or exchange request through email, fax or by phone to our customer service hotline, you may also contact our sales representative or bring the item with the receipt to our warehouse for the arrangement.3. No refund or exchange for the following situations
3.1 Items does not sell by our company.
3.2 Used items.
3.3 Situations exceed the above conditions 1 & 2.
