Since 1982, all Tsit Wing coffee and tea products are blended, roasted, grinded and packaged in our fully automated computerised production line. This ensures that all Tsit Wing products are always of premium quality and the production is at its highest efficiency.

To ensure a stringent quality control system, our quality control team will conducts regular laboratory tests to ensure the product standard. Moreover, we continuously upgrades our computerized control system which enables the accurate monitoring and recording of data variables such as weight and moisture content to reassure only the best products will reach our customers. Our team also go through tasting sessions every morning to assure the quality and taste.

In order to strive for excellence, Tsit Wing has been working hard for a long time to improve quality and standard. From 1990 to 1994, Tsit Wing had received the 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th and 17th "International Award for Food and Beverages" awarded from Spain. Besides, received the "International Trophy for Quality" Award from Paris. Recognized as Superbrands in 2005. And recently, we also awarded as one of the "Hong Kong Top Brands" in 2005 honor in a joint exercise conducted by the Hong Kong Brand Development Council and Chinese Manufacturers' Association of Hong Kong. It gives recognition to profound brand names established locally that have outstanding achievement in terms of reputation, distinctiveness, innovation, quality, image and environmental performance.
