	To realize our vision to become a world-class food and beverages services provider, we are well equipped with a sophisticated SAP ERP system and a sizable delivery team that offer prompts and reliable delivery services to our customers throughout Hong Kong. We are probably the only provider that can offer 24 hours a day of delivery services to the catering market.
To cater for our expansion and operation needs in Hong Kong, we have acquired and leased additional floor space approximately 12,000 sq ft in 2005 which increase our space to approximately 70,000 sq ft. The enhancement will give us more space to carry a wider variety of services and quality products in addition with a sufficient inventory to better serve our customer.
To further support our expansion plans in our catering business, we have enhanced our production efficiency by acquiring new machinery and upgrading our existing production line. A new coffee-processing line has been installed which includes 120kg per batch coffee roaster, a coffee packaging line which is designed to protect the freshness of coffee. In PRC, we have also installed a tea blending system to support our expanding tea business.
