The opening of TW Café in 1994 and Sallsa Café in 2003 aim at promoting local coffee and tea culture. Moreover, it serves as a window to reinforce our coffee and tea specialist image, an access directly to our consumer to truly understand their need and preference which in turn inspires our product development and as a catalyst to enhance our service as a whole.
The vertical integration has bought us to a new horizon in running the coffee and tea business that probably no other competitors can be matched. By expanding our retail arm, it gives us more valuable knowledge in the retail operation that help us tailor-made effective services to our customers.
